What this site collects

Frostrails Wiki is a static site. There are no accounts, no comment sections, no newsletters and no upload forms, so there is no profile of you on our side. Search on the site runs in your browser over a pre-built index and does not send your query to a server.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which guides are read. GA4 sets cookies and records approximate location, device type, referrer and pages visited. IP addresses are not stored by us. You can block this with any content blocker, the browser’s tracking protection, or Google’s opt-out add-on; the site works the same without it.

Advertising

Advertising may be served by Adsterra. Adsterra and its demand partners can set cookies or read device identifiers to limit repetition and measure campaigns. Ads are not targeted using anything you type on this site. If you are in a region covered by the GDPR or similar rules, you can refuse personalised advertising through your browser settings or the ad network’s own opt-out; non-personalised ads may still appear. Ad slots are switched off site-wide unless the site is enabled for monetisation, and advertising is never mixed into the body text of a guide.

Hosting and logs

Pages are served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any CDN, Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. Their handling is described in Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We do not build visitor profiles from those logs.

Your choices and contact

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, and use the site with them blocked. For a deletion or access request, or any question about this policy, write to [email protected]. Requests about data held by Google or Adsterra should go to those companies directly.
