About Frostrails Wiki
Frostrails Wiki is an independent reference for Frostrail, the dieselpunk survival FPS from FakeFish and Shiro Unlimited. It covers the Steam Next Fest demo (app 5090080) that ran from October 19 to 26, 2026, plus everything officially announced for the Early Access build.
The site is written for people who are already on the train: solo players working out why their boiler pressure keeps dropping, and co-op crews splitting jobs between the engine, the walls and the scavenging run. Pages are organised as a wiki — mechanisms, entities, tables — not as news or download listings.
How the data is verified
- In-game mechanics, recipes and UI labels come from the demo build played on 2026-10-24. Pages that rely on it carry a “Demo build, verified 2026-10-24” note.
- Release plans, system requirements, languages and store details come from the official Steam store page and the developer’s Steam announcements; each page links those sources at the bottom.
- Values the demo does not expose — weapon damage numbers, upgrade costs after the first tiers, full map size — are labelled unknown or not published instead of being estimated. A guess that reads like a fact is worse than a gap.
Independence
Frostrails Wiki is a fan project, not affiliated with FakeFish or Shiro Unlimited. Screenshots are captured from the public demo and credited to the game. Nothing here is copied from other fan wikis; where another site is useful, it is linked rather than restated. Advertising, when enabled, is clearly separated from editorial content.
Corrections are welcome and usually turned around the same week. Write to [email protected] with the page URL and what the demo actually shows.
